“Our Common Home – responding to the climate emergency and the world’s poor”

For 2019 Rugby Interfaith Forum public lecture we are very fortunate to have Christine Allen to speak on the topic “Our Common Home – responding to the climate emergency and the world’s poor” .

Christine  is the new Director at CAFOD. She was previously Director of Policy & Public Affairs for Christian Aid (2012 -19) and before that, Director of Progressio, the former Catholic Institute for International Relations.

The lecture will be preceded by a light meal: Home-made hearty vegetarian soup, roll & butter, chocolate dessert, tea/coffee

Entry to the lecture, including the meal, will cost £7.50 payable at the door. Proceeds after expenses will be donated to CAFOD.
